About the Event
Feel your power under the full moon with a strengthing slow yoga flow. Wake up your muscles, move your energy, and allow yourself to simply breathe & be. The flow has a focus on stregth, balance, and flexibility and is accessible to all levels.
When we settle into the final resting pose Kai will lead a short guided meditation to close out practice. So just relax on your mat and absorb all of the good energy.
