We are so excited to spend the day practicing yoga, meditation, and breath work with you. This retreat will be a reset for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

PREPARING FOR THE FULL MOON
The first full moon in August is on the 1st, the new moon after is on the 16th, and the second full moon starts on the 30th.
We will gather on the 20th, 11 days prior to the second full moon in August. When one month has two full moons, the second full moon is called a blue moon. And the blue moon is said to be a time of increased high vibrations. The perfect time to release old energy, call in all that is aligned with your highest good, and celebrate the full spectrum of you.

Through our practice, you will explore your inner landscape and tune into your energy. Yoga to connect to your body. Meditation to quiet the mind. Breath work to focus the mind and connect to your energy. Moments to connect with nature and connect with your heart.

Do I need experience to join a yoga retreat?
No yoga or meditation experience needed!
What do I need to bring?
Yoga mat, water bottle, towel, cushion or blanket, snacks if you want, but we'll provide lunch and plenty of healthy snacks too.
Will there be food provided?
Yes! We will provide lunch, snacks, and some drinks. If you have dietary preferences or restrictions, let us know before the event. We will share the menu closer to the day of the event. All of us love flavorful food, so we promise to provide delicious and filling options. Yare welcome to bring your own food as well.
Will there be water provided?
Please bring a water bottle! There is a water fountain you can use to refill. We will also have water bottles available for anyone who needs one.
