September 19th Full Moon Experience

About the Event
The Full Moon Experience begins with a 50-minute strengthening slow yoga flow at sunset. The flow allows you to strengthen, stretch, breathe, and release. When we settle into the final resting pose Kai will lead a short guided meditation to close out practice.
The Full Moon Experience continues with a short journaling exercise that helps you soften any walls or defenses you may have built up, so you can approach the meditation with an open heart & an open mind. The journaling exercise will also help you gain clarity on what you want to let go of and what you want to manifest. During the meditation, we will embrace the moonlight, envoke the sensations of forgiveness & gratitude, and connect with the universe.
A circle of love and light where you will feel seen, heard, & loved by your community.
Manifest & Release:
The full moon experience concludes with a bonfire under the night sky. You will write down your wishes, what you want to let go of, what you want to manifest, or whatever else you feel called to express. Then you will throw it into the fire and release it to the universe. We put so much pressure on ourselves in our day-to-day lives and in this practice, we take the pressure off. In this practice, we release our words to the universe. Letting go of control and enjoying the thrill, the peace, and the hope for better days ahead.
